Do you ever feel like you’re constantly in motion, but have no idea what you’re really chasing or escaping?

You fill your days with work, chores, and distractions, but it never feels enough. It’s not the work pushing you, it’s the silence.

If you’re not a medium member, you can read the story through this link.

It’s the fear of sitting alone with your own thoughts. You tell yourself that staying busy means you’re being productive. Avoiding hard feelings feels safer. But deep down, you know it’s only making things harder.

And then, when everything finally slows down, it hits you, the weight in your chest, the quiet that makes you face everything you’ve been trying to escape.

The sadness, the pain, the memories you pushed aside because they were too heavy to carry. You keep going, thinking that if you stay busy, the feelings won’t come to the surface.. But they always do.

That’s when the emptiness creeps in, the kind of tired that sleep doesn’t fix. The burnout comes from giving everything to the world and never giving anything back to yourself. You’re doing a lot, but you don’t feel alive. You’ve been avoiding the one thing that could help…
